We are fortunate to live in a time of unprecedented opportunity: there is more information available today to more people than ever before. The downside is that when there is so much stuff available, it becomes difficult for people to find what they’re looking for, and to understand it once they find it.

I’m Jorge Arango, an information architect and user experience (UX) designer. I help make the world better by making information easier to find and understand. My background is in architecture, and I grok the world through architect eyes.

I’m a partner in Futuredraft — a digital design consultancy based in sunny Oakland, CA — where I have the privilege of working with a world-class team to solve complex information architecture and interaction design challenges.
